New patients
What to expect at your first visit
A first visit usually takes about an hour.
Step 1: Request a visit
Send the form or call us. Tell us the day you prefer and how you'd like us to reply.
Step 2: We check your plan
If you have dental insurance, we look up your benefits and tell you what the plan says it covers before you come in.
Step 3: Forms before you arrive
Your health history goes on forms in the practice's own secure portal, not on this website. Paper forms are at the front desk.
Step 4: Your exam
Your dentist checks your teeth and gums, takes X-rays if they decide you need them, and tells you what they found.
Step 5: Your plan, in writing
Before you leave you get a written plan and estimate for any treatment, and time to ask questions.
Fill in your new-patient forms

Before you come in
What do I bring to my first visit?
Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID and a list of the medicines you take. If you have recent dental X-rays, bring them or ask your old dentist to send them.
Do I put medical details on this website?
No. Our contact form asks for none. Your health history goes on the forms in the practice's own secure portal.
Can you get my records from my last dentist?
Yes. Give us your last dentist's name and phone number and we'll ask for your records, with your written permission, before your first visit.
Ready to book a first visit?
Tell us a good time and how to reach you. We'll take it from there.
